Folks,

Has anyone used a QuickJack 7000 for their JT? I'm thinking about buying one of these for the 'wheels off' scenarios, but curious if anyone here already has one and you have any feedback. These are very popular on the Corvette side of my forum life, but haven't seen a ton on the Jeep side.

THANKS!
I would measure from the frame to ground.. quickjack says has max lift height of 23.5". Mojave weighs in at 4950 before "mod" additions; so 7000lb should be good.

No experiences with that kit, but I bet you will run into max height issues. Seems setup for Corvette's, not Jeeps.

Even my regular floor jack needs a block of wood to get vehicle high enough.

How many times do you need all 4 wheels off the ground? I can jack up each wheel individually and drop a jack stand under each one for a lot less that that thing. Neat idea, just don't know that I'd get the money out of it. I can fit underneath my JTR without jacking it up for fluids and whatnot.

I would measure from the frame to ground.. quickjack says has max lift height of 23.5".
The link says the max lifting height is "Max. lifting height 21.5” " My JTR is ~14" from the bottom of the frame to the garage floor.

Yes, but once you start lifting the frame the suspension drops down too as the shocks/springs extend etc.........

Not a lot of wiggle room was our point. Depending on the Jeep, might not even get tires off the ground.

They come with 8" extenders and from what I've seen can take lifted JL's off the ground. I'd be in for one, curious if anyone here HAS one. Pretty sure the 23.5" is with the small blocks.

These are not the corvette sized (that is the 5k). These are meant for SUV/mid trucks.

Anyone have one?

That would be nice for cleaning and rotation at home... I need to see these spacers to see how safe it would be

Exactly, I use the 4 post at least twice a week. This looks promising. Here is a pic of them (they are designed for this jack).

yeah not super safe looking... would've been better if they went into the lift instead of just laying on top of it. I can use the lifts at work after I'm done for the day but I would have to be at work after work so...

The way these sit in look like they go in. I'll give them a shot and report back...

THANKS

Even if you did get the tires off the ground and got the suspension to droop, IT LOOKS SKETCH AF!!!

I have one and it works great on the Gladiator with the truck height adaptors.

A lot of people are giving their opinions here without ever having used a QuickJack. I haven't heard anything negative about them from actual owners.

I have looked into these a few times. The biggest issue I had was you can only enter under the vehicle from front or back once lifted, no side entry/work.

For tire work, I think they’d be great but pricey for just tires.

I would trust them in the locked position but maybe add some Jack stands in key positions JIC.
