Went to check engine oil today and didn't find something. Anybody tell me what I'm missing??

At this just confirmed what I thought we where going to end up with. Just like the new GC L’s, they ditched the engine cover all together. The good news with this is that it means it’s the newly updated 3.6 with the heavy duty rocker arms and lifters, much less prone to destroying a cam like in the past. Also means its noisy as hell with the engine running under there lol. And in case your wondering, no it’s not missing/forgotten.

Hey Chapman squad I am in JB! I still have ship date of 12-15 which is odd. I expect it to go 12-17 with rest of you.

This is fine with me. I don't know why I always remove my engine covers but I do. So this just saves me a step.

I haven’t bothered them for a while - I figure the odds are pretty good @22EcoDs and I should be on the same truck since we both have Sport S Diesels ordered a day apart.

I may have to shoot them a line now though. Man I’d love to have it before X-mas though. I have a bunch of crap I need to haul to my parents!

Granite Sport S D, Hard top. I’m basically your options minus Advanced Safety and the bed liner but with the Tech.

I’ve already got the Mopar lift, a leveling kit for the front, a front bumper, winch, side steps and a tonneau sitting in my shed. Wheels are on order.

Yup no issues. Seems like every brand is ditching them for some reason. Check out the Broncos

Difference is, jeep told their network. Ford didn't say a word until dealers started getting sports in the shop for missing covers lol

Also, a public service announcement: CHECK YOUR FUSES!!!!

I did mine, and most of them were not 100% seated. They were not loose/wiggling, but just a slight push and you get the "click" that says they're "in there"... even the larger fuses were not pushed in all the way.
