I received a note from dealer that the truck is at Utah railyard and will be at the dealership in 7-10 days. Also started the finance stuff.

For those who ordered from Peterson, how long did it actually take from the time you received the email to when you picked it up? Just trying to figure out the timeframe and potential flight options.

Also, what was the final % off did you end up with since affiliate is back.

Thanks,
I am still waiting. Last I heard it was still on the train in Utah waiting to get unloaded, then after it's unloaded, 7-10 days later it will be delivered. That was last Wednesday.
He also said affiliate hasn't been renewed yet for January so worst case is 5% below invoice.

Mines been at the rail yard in utah for a week now with no updates. My dealer is maybe 2 miles from where the trains unload, which is frustrating. I went to the rail yard over the weekend to try to sneak a peek and saw about 6 transporters loaded with rams and various suvs, but no gladiators. I tried to get closer and get a better look but I was promptly asked to leave by security

I would also like to know this.

Hopefully. There must be a batch all going to same dealer.
Have you checked in with Chapman recently? I have been resisting bothering them again.
Just got another update moved to JB today. Says shipped to body vendor ARGUS Toledo. maybe for the spray in bedliner? Build sheet showing on cyrpto.

I ordered 12/12 and was told itll most likely be 10-15 weeks. Checked in on 12/20 cause I have no patience and was astounded I was being told D1 and possible ship date of 1/8. Been D1 ever since and Im petrified to check in with the dealer again because I dont want to be told the ship dates been moved back a millennium.

Especially with this shutdown mentioned a couple pages back? I wanna enjoy my heated steering wheel while I can damnit :CWL:. Maybe Ill just turn it on in mid spring on a matter of principle.

Update. Checked in with the dealer and was told the build date is still 1/8 but it is still D1 status. So not sure what to make of this. I was told it's possible they are building it and just haven't updated the status. We will see I suppose!

Now 2 weeks since I was suppose to pick up my Jeep from Chapman only to discover it was delivered from Jeep with a defective fuel pump...the pump is apparently on back-order.

I opened a complaint with Stellaris on my Jeep that is being escalated to management apparently. The folks at Chapman have been helpful and I appreciate they are working to fix my Jeep so I can take delivery and can't get the part that is needed, but Jeep needs to recognize that you can't tell me a part is "not available," and keep rolling new Jeeps off the assembly line that have that part in them. I could probably have re-ordered a new Jeep and received it with only a slightly longer timeframe than what I might see trying to get this part for a brand new Jeep that was delivered defective.

We'll see if it gets me anywhere. I'm not confident in today's world of less than stellar customer service that it will. I think it will get lost in the shuffle of Jeep's customer service department - but who knows.

I may hold the record for longest time between order and actual purchase at this point. I ordered on 10/12.

Dang man. Still not even delivered. I'm not sure which I'd prefer more...not delivered or knowing it's there, but broken.

It's kind of been a holiday buzz kill as I hoped to have the time off to put on all the parts in my shed. They called me like 3 hours before I was supposed to get it. It's already added to my insurance and everything.

I know.....I would be so frustrated if I was you. I honestly think I prefer to have it still be in shipping. When you think about it what are the chances that your particular Jeep has the defective fuel pump. Terrible luck. I am sorry and hope they get it fixed up ASAP.

It also makes me question of all the naysayers re. the 3.0 Diesel were right if I'm technically experiencing reliability issues before I've even bought the Truck. Hoping it's just a fluke and all will turn out well.

That sounds incredibly frustrating. Do you know if the pump changed for 2022? I am seeing this one in stock all over the internet…

I don't know - and to be fair, I was told there was "an issue with the fuel pump," and that they needed a part. It may not 100% be the actual fuel pump. Assuming Jeep's customer service doesn't sufficiently resolve things shortly, I'll ping Chapman for the actual part they are looking for to see if I can help expedite a search.

What a fiasco. I think it would be wise to find out from Chapman what exactly failed even just for future reference.

If its any solace I have had mine for 1000 miles now, no issues, started right up this morning at 19*. Only one regen logged in scanguage.
