So this was after driving home in a medium to light rain, about a 20 minute Hwy drive at 65. Hopefully the 4th set of rails will fix this?

I have a bedrug in mine so it is hard to when/where it is wet without touching it, but mine definitely leaks at the front bulkhead corners and at the tailgate. Yours appears to be leaking all the way down the rails as well which is crazy. Don't think mine leak at the rails. Living in the PNW I need it to stay dry so I will be putting weather-stripping and clear silicone everywhere I think water can get in to fix it...once I find time of course!

Even the set on there now are bent a tad and don’t fully touch the bulkhead, I just got pissed about having the dang thing sitting in my garage for almost 2 months so I threw the 3rd set on. Bak has SERIOUS QC ISSUES with this cover. @RealTruck and Alex have been Awesome trying to fix this issue. I even talked to someone at Bak and they just blamed it on FedEx, wouldn’t take any responsibility.

Looking at that image, I agree. I'll be honest, some drips or drops at the corners is what they state should be expected. However, water pouring in along the entire length of the rail, is not acceptable. Keep us posted to make sure this is resolved.

Received and installed my X4S from Realtruck today.

As mentioned previously missing 2 large fender washers for attaching the straps per the instructions. The side rails are also packaged loose in the box with only thin plastic bags protecting them. Also metal shavings randomly on everything.

Luckily no damage to the rails or cover. I also ended up running the m6 tap through the rear holes on the bed to clean out the paint to make the bolt install easier.

Any update with fixing the leaks? I haven't had the time or appropriate weather to work on this. I did notice water down the side of the bed similar to yours too...I have a feeling the tracks may be acting like gutters sending water down the whole rail.

No, hopefully I will get a break from work next weekend and see if the 4th set of rails fixes the issues.

Couldn’t get a hold of @RealTruck so ordered directly from their site with discount after chat. Was hoping mine don’t have any QC issues like l’ve read on this thread. Oh well… All my issues are same issues like other members had. Waiting their responses and hope I get replacement. Overall it’s well built and I like it except that final touch!

Can someone post some pictures of their bulkhead seals? Mine look to be glued and wont Lay flat. @RealTruck does this look right ? I see most people’s lay flat and the Tonneau seal hangs over the bulkhead.

Is this on back order? I ordered one from a local Auto Parts store that gets parts from a warehouse out of Pittsburgh PA on November 17th. I hope I am not hijacking this thread, but just wanted to know how long it has been taking you guys to get them?

From the looks of your picture, your rails are probably bent and not sitting flush with the back of the bed. I’ve had the same problem and will hopefully install the 4th set of rails this weekend. Bak has the worst QC of any company that I have dealt with. ?

Goodness. I have a tiny tear in my tonneau cover drivers side seal as well. I feel like it’ll get worse as it ages. I emailed bak some pictures. Good luck, I hope that fixes your issues!

I have the OEM bedliner on mine, but the rear seal fits tightly between the rails. The side rail seal is higher but I only get a few drips. I have been through very heavy rain and medium snow both driving and parked with no issues. Did yours come with a rear seal for the backside of the bed? It wasn't recommended for the bedliner so I didn't use it. Sorry about the nighttime pic.

I've had my x4s cover for the past couple months but finally got to my install today as I was waiting on my rack system. For the most part everything turned out as I envisioned. The only thing that bugged me was the design of the jack nuts and well nuts. I think there's room for improvement with either a different design or something stronger as one of the jack nuts broke when tightening. Either way happy with the setup. Only thing that was odd was the straps that came with my order. It's different than what I think was supposed to come in the box. I ended up just using that design to secure the straps to the side of my bed.
