Don't feel bad. I've owned Jeeps since 1990. Never got a wave or a duck.

I put in a request to buy in bulk, haven't heard a peep out of them; but is the post covid world and they may be understaffed. Who knows..

Arcades where you trade in tickets for prizes always have ducks. My little girls are always so generous when I take them to one. They save some of their tickets and buy daddy a duck for his Jeep. It's adorable!
