I recently upgraded some of my suspension components to get the final leftover pieces of the Mopar kit off the truck. Our spring choice is a little unconventional, but it is what we needed and fit our preferences. We went with the EVO 2.5 springs for the front and EVO 4.5 in the rear. We carry extra weight in the rear and want to have the truck retain factory rake during normal driving. We also did 3/4 inch spacers on top of the front springs to ensure that the 2.5 to 4.5 difference was a bit closer. Well, the issue that we're running into now is that the truck isn't even at all (from side to side, not front to back). The passenger side front is sitting 3/4 inch taller than the driver side front. The driver side rear is sitting 3/4 inch taller than the passenger side rear. Now obviously vehicles are not weighted perfectly 50/50 from side to side but 3/4 inch seems like a lot and to have that on alternating sides seems weird. We did check spring numbers and believe we do in fact have them on the correct sides.

Is it normal for people to have to shim springs with spacers to keep the truck to sit level? I don't need them EXACT, but closer than 3/4 inch would be ideal. Thoughts?

I have not had this experience and have not really heard of it. I might think there is something wrong. Possibly wrong spring or spring perch left out. Even if one of the springs were stiffer/softer than the other. No sure i would add spacer without exploring all potential causes.

My stock MT is off by 1/2" from side to side, unloaded. Kida bugs me, so I ignore it. :)

Have confirmed with EVO that the springs are correct. All insulators are on correctly. My Mopar was the same, just not as drastic. Does seem off.

If you felt really energetic I would be curious to know what would happen if you swapped springs left to right.

The Evo springs for a gas engine are side specific on the front and rear. You probably already know this if you're saying that they confirmed everything is correct. You definitely don't want to add a spacer to only 1 side. It sucks but I would at a minimum check the spring part numbers and verify that they are on the correct side. I tried to find the part numbers online but can't remember what search I used to find them before. I have them in my instructions at home, ill try to remember to post a pic of the table with all of the spring part numbers.

i used ACOS spacers and adjusted for the height difference on passenger side. Think i was lower on passenger side.
