The greater issue is whether it's just the wrong plug or is the whole system wrong and they'll have to replace the inverter too.
If you have a voltmeter test it and see what you get.

Just picked this JT up yesterday. This is definitely not the 115v outlet they said was there. I thought there might be an adapter somewhere but there wasn’t.

This is a factory error that the dealer will need to have corrected. Did you accept it knowing it was wrong, or notice it later?

It's a boo-boo either way.
Not sure I'd even check the voltage on an outlet before accepting it - I'd just look in the bed (or on the window sticker) and say, yup, it's there.
At 400 watts, at least that's correct.

Well that's good news. Should be a simpler fix.

These plugs are hard to find, i jist found one from a Mopar parts place and i have the same thing. A 120v plug goes in it no prob. Not sure wtf is with the 230v rating. That would be like 1.8 amps. So i just spent almost $150 w shioping for some weird azz thing

I accepted it, it’s a simple fix once they order me the right part

I’ll contact my salesman on Monday and have him get me the correct outlet since the voltage is correct.

In the mean time, a travel adapter will work. Besides, most electronics these days would work with it even at 230 volts.

It may be a simple fix, but how reliable is your dealer? The defect should at least have been noted in the sales paperwork with one of the Dealer IOU notes issued before it left the lot.
