Why was their light not warrantied, as it’s apparently less than 1 year old?Not sure if you saw my response, but you can purchase just one!

Rob confirmed that this was a 2 year old product, meaning it is out of warranty. We are already working together on a purchase of a single side. Why was their light not warrantied, as it’s apparently less than 1 year old?

I am sorry, That was a mistype. It was 2020 and they are out of warranty. The fact still remains for 600 dollar lights I should be able to buy a replacement or pay to have it fixed.
Rob states in a separate post that it was a typo. Should have said June 2020His post says June of 2021
I am investigating this currently and working with Rob to resolve his issue.Gotcha. So that explains the warranty. Thanks. Why was he originally told that he’d need to purchase a new pair? Did that change once the issue was posted in this forum? Why do Oracle customers need to make a public stink before they are supported?
Yes thanks for the update good to know. I have not had any issues with my lights but good to see if one goes out I can just get a replacement light to plug in quicklyNot sure if you saw my response, but you can purchase just one!
THISYou get what you pay for, and since I can afford better, I buy bettera, because I know if I have an issue with my Baja Designs lights then I have a company who will help and shops all across the country that sell service parts.

This x 100. Oracle's products are not cheap. For what they are charging, customer service should be top drawer when someone has a problem.I agree, you get what you pay for but $600 for headlights is a bit of change.
True, but I know people with 10 year old BD lights that came off their race truck and now light up their casual rigs. They've been beaten and abused and still keep on rocking. Barring some freak thing, the $2k lights I have on the truck will probably be the last lights I need given they have what is an effective lifetime warranty.I agree, you get what you pay for but $600 for headlights is a bit of change.
I've been running them for well over a year and have no issues. Fantastic upgrade over the halogen lights I haddang!!! I bought my bi leds about 6 months ago before I became a member here. I wishing I hadn’t now. They have been great so far but I hope they last! Anyone running them with good luck?
