Installed mine which had factory spray in as well as trail rail system and had no issues at all. I did use a knife point to scrap a little liner out of non hex hole where the plastic piece pushes in but took like 30 seconds. Perfect fit. Installed thick weather liner at bulkhead.

In addition RealTruck has FANTASTIC customer service which also is a big bonus.
