Well, After waiting and waiting and waiting, Jeep finally shipped the replacement parts for my 21 Diesel, Rubi. They are being installed as today. I will let you know if it improves the absolute joke they shipped it with.

I'm scheduled for Tuesday! Going to see if they will drop the Clayton springs in at the same time...

IT is an improvement, for sure. Just don’t think the shocks can kill keep up with the weak springs. I believe this is a “get most of them to 36K and it is their problem” fix..

The fix is a bandaid.
The factory spacer has a plastic spacer to limit uptravel with no spring to compensate. This is why you get the harsh bottoming. Cheapest bandaid are the falcon bump stops.
These engage an inch earlier in the uptravel and are softer.

the real fix is proper suspension to get more uptravel. I just got a metal cloak true dual rate with rocksport shocks and it’s amazing the difference the lift makes.

My 22 JTRD had the TSB done.... marginally better... needs a 2" lift at minimum and we should all be demanding it

But you had to add the springs, something JEEP should have done

In stock form the diesel sport s front suspension is a joke. I can’t (yes I can) believe Jeep sent them out that way. I added a leveling puck in the front and Sumosprings (not a spring, they’re a progressive jounce essentially). For under $200 all in, I have no complaints with the front end now. No, you shouldnt have to do this to a $45k+ vehicle but at least it’s a cheap, easy, fully reversible fix for the issue. I did see roughly a 10% mpg hit when I leveled it, which is why I’m assuming they decided to produce them like they did.
