They'll do just fine on stock rims. I'm running 315/70/17 KO2's on my JLUR now and swap for off roading to 35x12.5x17 General Grabber X3's. Both sets drive well and the KO2's are approaching 50k and have lots of tread left. They do wear a little more in the middle but not enough to be a problem. I run 30psi cold to compensate. Of course, both sets are C rated, so the ride is soft. But my brother has 35" Falken MT's on his Gladiator on stock rims and while E rated, they ride smooth as silk, too. They are wearing evenly and drive great. No rubbing on either of our Jeeps with any of them, even at full flex and full lock.
D Load range is good. Weight isn't as heavy as reported elsewhere. I've seen 77lbs. 72 is more acceptable. That tread looks really aggressive, too, among MTs. I like the C-cuts. Looks like it could have really good lateral stability.
