I now have both the tazer and AlfaOBD, pretty much for all the reasons @ShadowsPapa outlined for both. I like features of both.
I like the live features of the Tazer. My Gladiator isn't for hardcore offroad, it's my daily driver (I have other toys for offroad), but I like the turn cam. I like turning on the rear cam with a push of a dash button vs scrolling through menus while driving. I LOVE turning on the bed and reverse lights from the fob, especially in winter.
With AlfaOBD, I like that I can make system selections on multiple vehicles with buying a license for each vin. I have a standing offer to do this for other local Jeep/Dodge owners at no charge. Even Jscan is an expensive option if all you want to do is turn off the highbeam dropout on the driving lights because we live in a rural area and every little bit of light can help at night.
