I have the Teraflex 1.5" spacer up front and run these in the front:

I had LED bulbs in my halogen housings for two years. Never got flashed. Light output was really nice.
One of the bulbs died and in a pinch I swapped to some Sylvania Xtra Visions (a basic ass incandescent headlight bulb) and have had them since.
Get flashed all the damn time 😂
To be fair, I did a 1.5" spacer in my truck with stock shocks with no change in ride quality.
Not to say all cases are created equal, of course.
I do have slightly longer 5100's now - but switching was unrelated to the level kit.
Fairly simple really. The brake light appears to be independent of the chase light, and I'm guessing reverse / white light must override the chase light since they are in the same location - or atleast that would seem like ideal operation...
We ran the local Jeep club for one year. It is for sure quite a lot of work, especially since we leaned into offroad and camping trips at the time.
After that one year I left the circle completely. I haven't been back to a Jeep club since. I haven't even seen my old Jeep friends in quite some time.
They'll fit. 35's might rub when turning. Not certain on that with the narrow axles.
Now flexing, 35's would hit the fenders without adding bump stop. I have 285/70R17's and flexed out I have barely enough room to tuck my hand around the tire.
We have a few Jeep clubs around here. I call them dinner clubs. They get together for dinner once a month, and then on a weekend they get together and drive to lunch.
And then on occasion they do a charity event.
And on rare occasion they go camping or something, or drive three states away to...
It wouldn't surprise me.
The corrosion starts inside the seams where the two layers of metal are assembled. That's why it propagates from the edges and not, say, from the center of a panel.
That's why they start with a new panel - so that it hopefully does not have any existing corrosion...
Does the reverse light provide any usable light, or is it more for general reverse indication? I'm assuming given the nature of the optic and where it would typically be aimed, the usable white light output is minimal.
Not that this is on my wish list, and if it was that wouldn't be a deal...
I don't love it due to hood glare, but I use mine a lot 45* out to the side, or even 90* out.
Used to get a lot of questions on my JK. My cowl lights were pointed straight out to the sides.
On that Jeep and my Gladiator they are even on separate left and right switches.
Folks were like why...
Lights with a spot beam on the cowl panel (bottom corners of the windshield) and flood/driving beam on the bumper would give you a lot of forward light while minimizing glare on the hood and also minimizing wind noise.
I don't need a ton of forward light at high speed so I have two floods on...
It can handle a bit. I have the Oracle lights in my rear bumper using their inline harness to the reverse lights with no issues. I doubt any reasonable LED lights you put in your bumper will cause an issue.
Also, if corrosion is an issue on relays, try something like this if you haven't...
For what its worth, I try to source most of my wire here:

Good high quality automotive harness wire. GXL is the best for me, but SXL and TXL are great too , the SXL having thicker insulation and the TXL being thinner.
Wire Barn is a...
I hate this stuff so much.
Looks nice, pain in the ass to install. I've got one buddy that has me use it on his stuff, and I charge him / trade him extra to deal with it 😄
More expensive (roughly twice as much), too, from what I've found in a comparable product - braid vs split loom. Not cheap...
My truck doesn't have an inverter and I use a small 300 watt one that plugs into the cigarette outlet in lieu of not having a built in.
Use it for charging radio and tool batteries sometimes, and have used it for air mattress pump.
