  1. Overland Tires?

I ran that model tire on the Super Duty I used to have. It is exactly what I plan to install if my Wild Peaks ever wear out. I don’t need the all terrain for my driving.
  2. Anyone tuned a 6MT?

Interesting topic. I have a 2020 with the 6MT. I’ve been very happy with the performance, though concerned about the clutch recall (that isn’t really a recall since there is no fix). I’m putting my grandson through the Mopar program at the local community technical college. When he gets to the...
  3. Bed covers recommendations?

I had the Bak Flip folding aluminum cover on my Chevy and was so happy with it that I immediately put one on the Gladiator. Never had water issues! I only removed it when I bought a RLD cap. I highly recommend it!
  4. 6 Speed Manual Regrets?

60K miles in and no regrets. Course, I’ve been driving for 49 years and have only owned 2 automatics. Didn’t like either of them.
  5. Topper MPG

I installed an RLD stainless cap at about 50K miles. Have noticed no difference at all.
  6. It’s normal???

Not to worry. My dog pisses on my tie rod, too.
  7. After market steel mopar type bumper

2 years in and I’m happy with the bumper. The finish has help up well on mine (GA-no salt). I tossed these plates and the tow hooks, too. Kept the hooks from my Sport S bumper.
  8. My DIY bed cap

    Cool…….just freaking-ass cool.
  9. Rust on my Nerf bars, remove and paint or start shopping?

My NFabs are going strong after 4 years (Atlanta area- no snow or salt in that time). If they ever do break down, I’ll wire wheel the hell out of them and spray with aerosol bed liner. Same for my eBay Rubi-steel front bumper.
  10. Best Xmas Decoration Everrrrrrr

And……. While ā€˜ole Fatso is away, the Elves play…..
  11. Best Xmas Decoration Everrrrrrr

And this is when old Santa got to the ER:
  12. Evolution.... where did you start? Or is the Gladiator your first Jeep?

Yep. Loved that M715 truck. For those not familiar with it, it was the original Jeep convertible pickup ? here is a stock internet photo. Also one of the M151A1 that I referenced. The ā€œMuttā€ as the 151 series was referred to, seemed in every way to be the ā€œanti-Jeepā€ with its unibody...
  13. Evolution.... where did you start? Or is the Gladiator your first Jeep?

My first was a ā€˜55 Willys M38A1 mil-surp back in high school. I attended a private prep-assed school and, of course, nobody got it (or got me, for that matter). It wasn’t a ā€˜vette or an MGB so…..weird. I’ve had a couple dozen over the years. Some that bought to fix up and flip, some I drove for...
  14. Georgia Softopper $500 OBO

Screaming deal ! Wish this had come along earlier……. I went another direction a few months ago. Someone needs to snatch this one up!
  15. LED replacement bulbs blinding oncoming drivers.

Great stuff here. Last thing I want todo is start a negative debate. Just saying if you want a lift or leveling kit that’s fine. If you want LEDs, I get it. Just do the responsible thing and complete your install with a proper adjustment of the headlights. It will make life better for those...
  16. LED replacement bulbs blinding oncoming drivers.

As an older driver with cataract replacement lenses I can assure you that oncoming LED headlights are blinding and distracting. Downright dangerous in some cases. It’s bad enough on a low-slung BMW. LEDs on a lifted Jeep (or truck) that weren’t adjusted correctly after the lift are the worst...
  17. Traded in my beloved 21 Black Sport MT for

ā€œI did notice today my bed is very different than my 21 Sport. The hump for the wheel well on the passenger side raises then never goes back down it stays raised and on driver side in the back is an extra bump where the gas tank is. ā€œ My 2020 Sport S is exactly like this. Purchased in 2019. You...
  18. How long do batteries last sitting on the floor in the garage?

Yep, that’s how neighbors used to be. I lived in small town Iowa from ā€˜97 till ā€˜02. It’s a great place.
  19. How long do batteries last sitting on the floor in the garage?

If it were my wife I’d buy her new batteries. Maybe that’s why she’s put up with me for 40 years.
