Are you running the factory upper control arms? Asking because I have the mopar lower control arms and Claytons .5 diesel front springs and like the ride, but might switch to the springs you're running when I add a winch.

I get your concerns. I have those springs on my JTD and while it is unnoticeable by just looking at it, the passenger side does sit about a 1/4 inch lower than the driver side.
