Normal. Mine does it everytime. Like you I ignore it and it goes away in a bit. Also small delay in other things as well. I forget that basically it is like a computer booting up these days in new cars. Takes a moment for things to kick on like AC, etc.
That actually sounds pretty normal. These engines are pretty noisey and clattery I have found. There is also a PVC/purge valve that makes a clicking noise on the top passenger side that is sometimes confused with an engine tick issue. Not sure about your hissing brakes.
I have not noticed it on mine, but now I will pay attention! I did have a Tundra that did something similar and was told by a tech that is normal and that it was the anti-lock braking system recalibrating on every start up. So maybe it's something like that?
So, I think I figured it out (hoping this was it). Here's what I found in case anyone has a similar problem in the future:

Happy Labor Day! Guess what I get to do today... Looking for some help/ideas. Anyone had this happen to them? I have a 2021 Mojave with 40k miles.
Driving home last night, dash lit up and car would not shift. Stayed in gear and I limped it home. Checked codes and got:
U0101: lost...
Great point! I had not thought of that. I was hoping the VIN was on the dash and I could use the "left my junk mail" on the dash excuse, but seeing it is on the pillar makes me have to be more deliberate. After your post, I did a few more searches and it appears in some places deliberately...
From everything I've read on the forum, I have seen alot related to needing to tighten up something when those sort of noises appear after suspention work. I had a similar issue and it turned out to be my lower front track bar bolt. It's hard to reach with anything that can give you leverage...

I have the same lift, but with 35" tires on my Mojave. I went with +25 mm offset AEV Borah wheels in 17x8.5. No issues with rubbing in the off-road situations I have been in. Stock (rubicon) wheels, I think are + 44mm offset. The Mojave (stock) were +37mm. So the +25mm on the new wheels...
One thing you may want to consider is some suspension bolts are meant to be torqued with the weight of the vehicle on the suspension components - at least that is what every lift kit/suspension install instructions I have read seems to tell me.
In addition to a good set of jack stands, I bought...
My understanding is camber is not adjustable due to solid axles unless something is bent or lose. Caster can be impacted by lifting the front end, but that would not cause the off-center steering. Most likely you need to recenter your steering wheel by adjusting the drag link. Lifting the...
I've used the AEV lift kits on three of my JK/JTs. I have always been very happy with them (ok, I have to admit that the rubber boots on the end links of my latest AEV spacer lift on my Mojave cracked way to early).
The dual sports on my JKs definately "tightened" up the handling. I think...

I tried leather conditioner, and boy was I sorry. Just created an oily residue. I thought this would eventually be "absorbed" into the leather. Turns out (as I did some digging online) that leather in cars (unless you are buying truely high end vehicles) is real leather...but they coat it...
I had the same code. Came and went a few times. Dealer replaced the O2 sensors. They told me there is guidance on this that if one throws a code, they replace both. These were the downstream sensors after the cats. So I wonder if there was a bad batch of these. I had it done at 20k miles...
The Mojave does appear to have many of the specs (wide axles, etc., that the max tow package comes with). Or stated another way, I think the max tow package borrows some beefier bits from the Mojave and Rubicon to maximize the platorm tow rating (to be able to advertise against other similar...
