Just across the nut onto the brace, same as any other bolts or nuts that get torqued. I guess I should have paid closer attention when I checked the clearance to make sure nothing got hung up or hit before final torque down. Thanks, I did loctite all the bolts also so it shouldnāt be a problem.
Question for you regarding the Metalcloak brace, Did you mark your pitman arm nut after you torqued it? I just installed mine today and marked it, but I noticed after going for a drive it was no longer lined up. I had my son turn the steering all the way both directions, and my pitman arm nut...
You could take a short video (if you have another phone) of you trying to get it to work and email it to them, it may help expedite them sending out a replacement.
Mine works just fine in my 2020, I used the front USB-C port with no problem. I am now using it a USB port on the back of my radio (JL4001), I drilled a hole under the Bulletpoint mount and brought the cable up through it for the power. It is working just fine for me, so I would suspect you have...
Question for you regarding the Metalcloak brace, I see your pitman arm nut is marked. I just installed mine today and marked it as well, but I noticed after going for a drive it was no longer lined up. I had my son turn the steering all the way both directions, and my pitman arm nut rotates as...
I donāt believe so, but I do not have the MOPAR lift. I believe it retains the factory rake, you could add spacers to the front to level it out though. I have the Clayton 3.5 Overland lift, it does level out my Gladiator.
Stupid should hurt, glad the guy is ok and owning that he made mistakes instead of just blaming equipment. This is also why I do not own, will not use, and cannot recommend yank/kinetic ropes for recovery. For me personally, I believe they are too great of a hazard, as this guy found out the...
I think what is meant is this; It is what you are looking for with regards to height and not voiding the warranty. The MOPAR lift kits, installed by the dealership, retain the full factory warranty. If you bought an extended warranty, are concerned with suspension modifications voiding your 3/36...
Only you can decide if the new is worth it vs build what you have. At the end of the day, no matter how much money you throw at your 2020 Sport, it will still be a 2020 and a Sport. Some folks donāt like the facts, but a Mojave will have a better resale down the road unless you beat the hell out...
I have JScan and it works for my needs, but it offers no live functions. So you wonāt be able to activate the camera with blinker function. Tazerās offer more functionality, but they also cost more, so it is definitely up to the end user to decide.
Someone is always the first, may as well be you! If I hadnāt just bought mine I would buy them, I would have to do the math on which is the better deal since I bought 5. Looks like it would be the walmart price, as long as Discount Tire would match it. If you only need 4 though, that MOPAR deal...
No, I got the āregularā KO2ās, 37x12.50R17 Load range C 116S. Iāve never seen or heard of the āDTā version until now, the tread in that picture looks the exact same as every other KO2, so not sure if DT means Different Tread. If it does, I would like them to point out the difference, cause they...
Where did you see that? I only see the 116s load range C on walmart in 37x12.50R17. $300 is a great price for them, I got mine at Discount Tire for $341.05 each less than a month ago. They price matched Amazon for me, I was happy at that price, at $300 I would be all over them.
That does look like it would work, which for me if I were to upgrade (Not a chance) means I could just take them off of my rubigrid system and direct mount them into a 24, but only 1 on each side.
Yes, that is the problem with upgrading things; get a new phone? Now you have to get new case, screen protector, charger, etc. I was just responding that there is an option for mounting to a MY24, but you are correct that now you have to fork over additional $$$ for it. It is not compatible with...
They can still be added, Bulletpoint already has mounts available and it looks like Jeep made it easy to add them with mounting holes present under the rubber mats present. They offer both driver and passenger side options.
I canāt help with that, I did my front locker on a JKU without the problems that come with the newer electronics. That was straight forward, but on the Gladiator I am sure it would be more involved if you want it to be recognized by the BCM/PCM.
That is the same way that I had my hook secured, I now have the shackle mount and keep it with tension as well. I have not had any issues with the winch losing tension.
What all are you trying to wire up? In my previous JKU I had the 6 switch sPod, I bought it used and the previous owner had already done a lift and 37ās but left the stock 3.73 gears. So when I decided to re-gear to 5.13 I had to swap the front axle in order to fit them. I found a brand new in...
@TheSharksDen, @cranbiz
I am down for meeting up in Uwharrie when it opens. Once I know what my sonās baseball schedule is for that 1st week of April, then I am going to plan at least a couple of days there. The local(ish) Jeep club usually goes shortly after it opens, I try to go with them if...
