  1. 6000lb Travel Trailer Towing?

I don’t have any bounce. It’s really solid. That said, certain bridges do introduce a rhythmic bouncing that isn’t fun at highway speeds.

  3. Texas Sold: JT OEM soft top still in box - never used - $1300

I can provide a photo of the box wrapped in the original plastic wrapping, or I can find someone else’s photo of a soft top... but I bought the truck with the dual top group, and I’m not going to put the soft top on. It’s just taking up space right now, and it’s better that it goes to someone...

  6. EcoDiesel engine temp when towing

JTRD Towing at near max capacity (two adults, two kids, about 300lbs in the bed, approx 5500 lb trailer) — and no I was not holding the phone nor taking the photos. The passenger was.
  7. Tow Mirrors - Thorn-Engineering Adapters & Rampage JK Tow Mirrors

By the way, my Morris with the Thorn adaptors worked AWESOMELY!!! Well done!
  8. Adaptive Cruise Control: yay or nay?

Double and triple YAY!! I love ACC on my gladiator, I use it all the time - even while towing. that said, it’s not as good as my old F-150’s ACC.
  9. Northwest OHV today!

Overall thoughts... 1. It’s way smaller than the map makes it out to be. 2. The trails are not well marked (meaning they’re not marked at all). I had no idea what trail I was on, which meant I had no idea what level of difficulty the trail was 3. They need more toilets! I wanted to be out...

  14. A.R.E. CX EVOLVE CAP installed

Did they say whether you can get the evolve with the HD for extra weight carrying capacity?
  15. Real world MPG, what are you getting in your Diesel?

Stock JTRD with A/T tires. The only mod of significant weight is the rockslide engineering power steps. I’ve seen 33 mpg on the highway, but typically get 25-ish weekly on my daily commute.
  16. What have you been towing with your Eco Diesel

So, we’re you towing something? If so, what? And do you think that towing your trailer caused your DEF problem? OP: I tow a 5500 lb travel trailer (weighed like we’re camping in it, not empty). This is my first MOPAR, but I wanted a jeep that could do “truck stuff” and do it well. My...
  17. 6000lb Travel Trailer Towing?

Sure, but it might be a few days. The trailer is in the shop and the power is out in the entire region.
  18. 6000lb Travel Trailer Towing?

I have the same trailer, towing with my JTRD. I have a weight distribution hitch and the Mopar brake controller. It tows fantastically, with better fuel economy than my previous F-150 3.0L powerstroke.
  19. Eco diesel Suspension bottoming out on normal roads

I wonder if there is a way to Frankenlift the MOPAR 2” diesel lift for the front springs, and the rest of a 2” full suspension lift from another company like Clayton or pick your favorite kit, but excluding the front springs? personally, I’d rather go with the Clayton 2.5” overland kit, but...
