I know. I bought the RR Arcus stubby front bumper and received the pre-paid Visa rebate. Haven't used it yet. I appreciate that Quadratec lists the tube doors as 'in stock and ready to ship' because I'm still waiting for the rear bumper I ordered back in January directly from RR.
Man, I'm glad I saw your post. I've been debating getting those doors for a few months now. Just wasn't sure if I'd use them much, or just go doorless. But at $250 after rebate, it is worth it. I just ordered them a few minutes ago! Thanks for the heads up!
Yep, sounds like I bought the wrong model. For some reason, I just assumed (clearly, incorrectly) that all Glad key fobs were basically the same. I am sure the guys at Threedom will respond and we can straighten it out. I just want to encourage other forum members to be aware of the model...
BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING YOUR THREEDOM FOB! Make sure you order the fob that correctly aligns with your OEM brick fob button alignment.
IMPORTANT EDIT at the end of this post!
I recently received my mini key fob to replace the "brick" fob that came with my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. I have...
Interesting. I have ordered multiple items from 4WheelParts over the past 3 months specifically because they ship so quickly. I have never had a problem.
So far, my most frustrating experience is waiting for the rear bumper I ordered in January directly from Rugged Ridge. RR was answering my...
I installed MORE hide-a-steps for the front doors last weekend. The first was a b*@*h to install, but once I figured it out, the second one went on easy. They seem to work well so far.
Get the Rubi if your passion is technical, low-speed rock crawling. Get the Mojave if it is anything else off road; from overlanding to dune bombing. You get a suspension you don't need to upgrade, stronger frame, supposedly stronger axles (not sure how true that is) , hydraulic bump stops...
The OP is a true Jeeper who enjoys his Jeep hobby and has made many videos that I have watched and found helpful or gotten ideas from. I watch a ton of YT Jeep vids. I don't see a need to discredit a fellow enthusiast who enjoys making video content as part of his Jeep hobby. Check out his...
I have the Mojave. I think it depends on how much your tow load weighs. I bought the Mojave for the suspension, reinforced frame, hydraulic bump stops, etc. Mojave may not be the better tow vehicle, though.
I understand. My Gladiator is my second vehicle - for weekends and fun trips and off roading and top-down sunny days and such. I love it, but it would be a bit more trying if it were my DD and I put on a ton of miles per year on the highways. Good luck and hope you love your next vehicle.
Thank you for the comparison photos! Steel hood surely will shed acorns better, but how heavy must an acorn be to dent aluminum? Do Wrangler owners experience a lot of hood damage from falling objects? That seems odd to me.
I will weigh the hoods when I do the swap and report back on the difference. I am no engineer, so I do not know if/why/whether functioning vents would be an asset to the Jeep or not.
Can't see why it won't fit. Should be the same as a Gladiator hood. Just need to swap the hood and associated cowls. I'll report back to this forum on the results (though it might be a few weeks - my friend just ordered).
