I'm curious if anyone shops there. Seems like they have a lot of good stuff. I placed a few small orders recently but have had horrible experiences and even worse customer service. It feel likes it's a late 90's ecommerce tech-startup the ways things are run over there.

I any event, where do you guys shop for Jeep stuff? What is your go-to?

I don’t know much about Extreme Terrain, but I will never shop Morris 4x4 again no matter what kind of discount they offer. I typically stick to Amazon, allmoparparts.com, and if absolutely necessary Quadratec. when possible, I try to support all smaller custom off-road operations.

Edit - forgot about Northridge. Add them to the good list.

Extreme terrain is legit. I also use KrawlOffroad, Morris4x4, Northridge4x4, and Quadratec.

I prefer Morris for the best price but they are not able to get some brands. Krawl is my go to shop. QT didn’t give me any discount for my Last purchase and N4x4 doesn’t price match anymore.

I haven't bought much but what I do purchase usually comes from an idea and vendor someone brought up here.

I shop at Quadratec. I get a 10% discount. And they are only an hour and a half away so I get my stuff within two days. Sometimes the next day.

Have used Extreme Terrain with no issues. Northridge is my go to. Great service and competitive pricing.

Man, I hate to say but I had a bad experience with Morris and I am in the same boat. Got what I needed (damaged, but not unusable) and when I contacted them to help make it right, nothing. Finally after hours on hold got in touch with a manager and "assured me" she'd take care of it. Sent my info....nothing. Tried to follow up.....nothing. I'll pay for great customer service, and would rather do so knowing the cheaper option would have that kind of experience. Shit happens. Cannot be avoided. I just want someone to help me when I need it.

Really depends on what you are looking for. I personally seek out stuff that is made in the good old USA. Small local companies most of the time.

To Name a few.

I have ordered from Morris and Extreme Terrain with decent results. I am under the impression neither stock products but have them drop shipped,
Quadratech has always been great, and customer service has been top notch.
Have had problems with both LOD and Hanson, but both in the last year when things have been crazy. Will not use 4WheelParts again.

That's funny, I bought a set of tires and had them mounted at 4WheelParts and had the best customer service ever and would be happy to go back. I guess it probably all depends on the experience we have at any given time.

Interesting. I have ordered multiple items from 4WheelParts over the past 3 months specifically because they ship so quickly. I have never had a problem.

So far, my most frustrating experience is waiting for the rear bumper I ordered in January directly from Rugged Ridge. RR was answering my monthly calls inquiring about potential ship dates, but my last call whet unanswered. But I don't want to be a pain about it given that all things shipped from overseas are a cluster right now.
