If I had any reasonable place to store a utility trailer, I’d sell my Gladiator for a JLU or low mileage clean WK2. It’s especially frustrating because we have an acre and a 3 car garage, but also have too many cars. I’m down to six and they all are staying. Lol
Yeah. I’ve never taken not doors off. Probably never will. My 4th Jeep. I’ve never seen the appeal. I do take the top off. Never when towing or hauling.
Usually how that goes! At the dealer auctions, I used to see the most neglected 4.8l and 5.3l GM fleet trucks at auction with 200k-300k on them and ran like sewing machines. You could barely even hear them idle. They were so trashed, but the engines ran great.
I’m working at it. It just takes longer. I just got done running 4 miles on the treadmill at the gym. I had a super hot 25 yr old girl next to me who’s also apparently very competitive and we were matching each other stride for stride. Whatever it takes for motivation. lol
I do wonder if...
Another thing that makes me feel old is this damn beer belly is fighting me to go away. Not too long ago, I could stop drinking beers for a few weeks and it was gone. I’ve been doing that and going to the gym and jogging several times a week for the last two months and it’s still fighting me.
2009+ are really tough. Those are the years past the SMOD and timing chain issues. Never heard about any piston ring issues. VQs are really tough and that’s just a stroked and tuned for torque 3.5l. Those take a beating too. Look at all of the abused 350Zs and G35s out there.
