OEM warranty on new oem winshield looking for jeep cares help

my 2021 gladiator has had the corrision warranty done on 4 doors , 8 hinges, tailgate, hood now it has been back for the windshield frame.
I paid the dealer 645.00 to install oem glas part# 68433234ac ( not gorilla glass) .
I understand oem warranty on parts is 12 mths 12,000 miles
dealer had me take it to thier glass installer to verify if it was a stress crack ( mfg defect) or from an inpact have a copy of installers email it was due to a stress crack mfg defect.
glass installed 9-19-2025 , glass stress crack 1-22-26 per the windshield installer.
dealer states dealers aera mgr no warranty on glass , said they sent to mfg & they dont respond well at mfg level.
anyone have a email address that is good for esclating a claim would be appericated as the crack is in the line of sight

I have glass coverage so it doesn't cost me anything either way. I had it replace once with an aftermarket glass and still using it over teh OE one.

thanks but not what my question is , as ive already paid out of pocket no sense in claiming it on my insurance policy as its only been 4 mths & installer has verified it was defective

jeep cares program was horrible at responding to calls, voicemails and especially emails but the emails they sent me were from [email protected]
