Also, when I floor it, I get power for 2-3 seconds of power than the power drops big time. I wondering if TE Motorsports didn't gap my sparkplugs correctly

Once I get everything fixed and running great, I will say what I did and how its going.
BTW which plugs did you get? I went with the NGK Ruthenium, and they were pre-gapped around .34. I left it at that.

Last Update:
Issue 1: (FIXED)After PCM, TCM and BCM Flash, all my gear and tire ratios were erased. I had to change the gears back to 5.13 using HP Tuner and add my 37 inch tires.(Gears being set wrong caused P1DB6 and P215C codes also caused the D on the shifter to blink) Once I set the gears and tire size that fixed it.

Issue 2: (FIXED) Rugged Ridge Snorkel causing issues with intake for the supercharger giving almost no HP added. Once I removed it I felt a big increase in power atleast 100whp more easy. Night a day difference. (Sucks I can't use snorkel with Magnuson but it is what it is)

Next: Ordered a intake Banks Power 41843-D which should help with air intake. (Once this installed and running I'll update here.

I installed Catback Borla Atak exhaust. Which sounds freaking amazing plus easy to install.

Once the Jeep is running good for 2-3 days. I'm switching over to @DAVECS1 tune. Hopefully this helps anyone else going through what I had too. Thank you @DAVECS1 for helping and emailing continuously to get this all figured out.
