Well i would think of it as not being accurate it the correct tire size is not in the computer. Have you tried just doing the math? I have a bone stock 2021 Rubi and i am averaging about 17.5-18 this month using cruise control and keeping it at 65 and not Hot rodding around but that is insanely hard. I did install a muffler last week so i have been enjoying that and my MPG has dropped a little.

NICE RIG BTW!!

That does sound rough. I would expect a loss with a stubby bumper, but it must also be struggling with the lift and big tires. Sort of like creating a parachute. And calibration must be off. I'd do some drive-and-fill mileage math to check.

Here is my bone-stock Manual JTR . Long trip, two people and luggage. From Bishop/Eastern Sierras in the snow to San Diego in the rain by way of the Panamint range and Death Valley. That is still holding up and I am pushing 10k on miles. But I do a lot of my miles on the highway.

Agree with others that you probably need to reprogram according to tire size.

That being said - one thing I see hardly ever mentioned in these questions is where people live. There's a huge difference between me living in the rockies where I could have a 6,000 foot elevation change in a couple hours time with highway posted speeds of 80 as compared to somebody else living in the south who may only see 500 feet of elevation change throughout 10 years with highway speeds of 60. So lots of variables there.

In the rockies, with just under 500 miles on the clock of a stock Rubi - I am currently averaging 18.2 highway keeping speeds 65-75.

Your making me jealous and wish I had gotten the diesel...
I don't know. I just filled up in Albuquerque at 3.99 a gallon, and diesel was 5.14 a gallon. I'm not doing the math, but I imagine that you'd still be out with the diesel.
