My truck is pretty darned accurate since making sure the tire size was correct by using odometer compared to a real GPS and my phone apps.
I like the way the app I use tells me my average per gallon over the year or per month, miles driven, cost per mile driven and so on. Not that it matters - it's just cool - and scary - to see how much money has gone to gas over the year.
