Looking to order a JTR Diesel soon. I know it's hard to say, but you guys suspect any updates for 2022? Just wondering if it would be worth waiting to see. Thanks.

May be some good thoughts for you here. I honestly don't know what to expect to change in 2022. Might be a lame duck year due to Covid. I would hope to see uConnect 5.

Rumor I heard..... By the time flying cars are available to the public, FCA will finally have a quality steering box built for our Jeeps.

I would say the gladiator will be getting some additional power trains at some point.. Maybe some E torque , v8. It should start to line up with the wrangler

For the diesel specifically, I can tell you that this engine first showed up in the Ram in Q4 of 2019. So, almost 18 months that it's been available now. And I can tell you that in that 18 months there have been numerous TSBs and software updates, many of which deal with the powertrain control module. Basically, they're updating the factory tuning on a fairly regular basis to make it improved. In fact, my dealer just updated my tune again today.

Will they do the same on the Jeep trucks? Probably. The longer you can hold off on your order, the more likely you'll be to get the latest and greatest factory tuning for the diesel.
