2022 Gladiator WiFi HotSpot No Internet

I have literally had my brand new 2022 Gladiator 4 days and the WiFi Hotspot shows "no internet connection" . After spending an hour and 28 minutes on the phone with AT&T, having them send a "reset", I still have nothing. I receive an email from them saying "AT&T and Stellantis are aware of an issue affecting wi-fi connectivity but at this time we are holding tickets and this ticket will remain in a Pending State until we receive and update from Stellantis or network support regarding this concern that is occurring with this vehicle. Once a substantial update is provided we will advise" I had AT&T wifi hotspot in my Chevy Colorado with zero issues. I can't believe this is the answer for a brand new vehicle. Does anyone have any tips or work arounds?

I think the email says it all. They have a more widespread issue they need to resolve. Once they fix it, your service should resume. Not much else you can do in the meantime. At least they acknowledged your issue and confirmed someone is working on it.

There are a few other threads on this. A radio reset seems to temporarily fix it. I don't remember the procedure, but it's in one of the other threads.

I live on 450 acres at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. AT&T is the only service that works all over the property. That said, once I get into town, AT&T is horrible. HAving AT&T in the Jeep gives me the wifi signal I need while on and around the property.

Thanks! I tried those with no success. It's just weird how for a couple days it worked and now nothing.

I spent a bunch of time on the phone with AT&T about this yesterday. Man, their customer support phone number was difficult to find...
They told me pretty much the same thing they told the OP. I don't think I've had it working for months, they say they'll credit my account for the months I haven't had it, until Stelantis pushes out a fix.

Same here, I went through the setup and it has not worked from day 1....unuseable wifi hotspot. Do I need to call them to make sure I get my 3 mos trial credited?

I did. It took some work but they did credit me.
