Hey Team: Not sure if this has been covered. Has anyone put a kill switch on either relay in the Fuse Block for the 'Starter K03' or 'Fuel Pump K02'. Will a Kill Switch work if I interrupt either one of those circuits? Will it do any damage? Will I get codes? Will Jeep get pissy about my warranty? Figure to hide the switch(es) in cabin. Hood has a lock to stop anyone from getting to fuse block. Trying to stop the casual Jeep stealing trash. I know pros may be able to still be successful no matter what.

I think a drop out switch on the brake pedal is easier. I had one in my JK been too lazy to do the JT.

Easiest is a kill switch on the red wire of the connector for the push to start button. That way you can still remote start the vehicle (if equipped), but the ignition can’t be put in run to drive the vehicle.
If you want it plug n play so you don’t have to cut/tap/splice any factory wiring, I can set you up with a Tee harness for a switch.

Thanks, I was also thinking the red wire on the start button. Not the easiest location to get too. But it may be the best option overall.

The 4xe has speakers in the front and rear to let pedestrians know when it's running in silent mode (some dummy in another "place" asked why - can't they see it? - stupid, have they never seen BLIND people using the sidewalks and crossing streets? Audio cues, ding-dong. Apparently they view every person as having perfect vision, perfect hearing)
Anyway, those speakers are pretty hidden, not easy to access, and can't be seen from under the hood.
Why not use some new-tech horns in the same locations as those pedestrian speakers on the Wrangler 4xe?
People say "but they can easily disconnect or cut the wires to the horns". Yeah, a thief can - and would be expecting horns, usually used with vehicle "security" or alarms to be right up front - behind a grill or bumper - but not someplace else.
I can envision a system where hidden "horns" are used, and switches that don't look like switches used to kill the push button start and so on. Looks like a screw or bolt - push it, it's a switch, just for example. People look for switches, they don't pay attention to what belongs there or might be seen in a family vehicle.

Come on - think like a drug runner - ya gotta hide stuff and sometimes in plain sight is a good place to hide something, or - get creative - change that 12v outlet to a "switch". Re-wire it so you have to put something in it to complete a connection and make it start.
Maybe you don't use the USB ports on the rear of the console - re-wire one to be a switch that needs a modified USB stick in it to complete a circuit.

I would be interested in one of those. Im assuming the start button pulls out without too much issue

When I was routing my brake controller stuff, and then later routing the wire to power my snow plow controller, I seem to recall one of those panels held that switch - and it was just laying there when I had the center apart, which takes a whopping 5 minutes or so.
Am I recalling correctly?

I like the 12v outlet used as a "Switch" idea. And it's easy to get to. And I'll put a dummy switch in plain sight to throw them off the trail . . .

Curious as to whether or not you could use the cigarette lighter as a switch. Reroute the start button switch to include a simple plug that when plugged into the cigarette lighter it would make the circuit complete. Then the start button would be enabled. Any thoughts?

Correct
This panel
Jeep Gladiator 2022 Overland Kill Switch on Fuel Pump K02 or Starter Relay K03 in Fuse Block panel

just pops off with careful prying (snap clips only). Tons of videos on YouTube

Can anyone tell me the color of the wire that feeds the fuel pump? Ideal for me would be to cut the wire near the driver's feet

Did not catch that. Sorry, do not have any diagrams for the diesel.
