Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform on the ARE camper shell.

These things were clearance for around 340 bucks (not including the feet) so I jumped on it as a solution (maybe temporary?) to mount my awning, starlink, and whatever else I choose.

These happened to show up while I was in the driveway (and thankfully my wife wasn't home ;)) so here's a sneak preview of what's to come but it might be a while. I keep coming back to 38x13.5 nitto trail grapplers and I don't think I can fit that with the stock plastic bumper... so I have to wait to mount them until my bumpers are finished.

Took a bit of time to delete the aux battery and replace the H6 Mopar battery with a H7 94R Duralast AGM "Platinum Elite".

I deleted the aux battery by pulling the fuse and wrapping/tucking the negative terminal for the aux battery. Made sure to fully remove the aux battery (weight reduction) but I left all the wires in the aux battery box.
I have a diesel as well. Have you had any issues doing the delete this way? What did you do with the positive cable?

Zero issues.

1. I removed the fuse (fuse 42? or 46? Something like that. It's the same number on the 3.6).
2. I removed the aux battery but left the positive wire in the aux battery box.
3. I removed the negative battery wire from the main battery terminal and wrapped it with electrical tape, then tucked it down beside the battery.

That seemed to be the least intrusive way in my mind and makes it easy to restore if I find some reason.

You mentioned Mountain Offroad skids in my thread just now. Any pics of the skids? Thanks.

These are on my wrangler.. Filthy (after my last trip especially.. had a really messy oil change) and they've been touched up with spray paint many times over the years.

I'm not sure if they have them for JT but I'm going with Artec on the JT for weight savings (aluminum).

It was team work. 💪
I paid the bill, CloakWorks 4x4 did the work. 😂

I've installed many suspensions... lowering, lifting, and everything in between and I didn't want to do it again. lol

Thanks! Not done yet. In the near future I still have bumpers, skid plates, and wheels/tires.

I also still need to install my radio and rear view trailer camera, run electrical to the bed... the list goes on but I'm ahead of schedule now at least.

“The list” is ever changing. Don’t try to find the end. There is no such thing. 😆
