I don't trust many of those youtube reviews because most of them are biased.

I know my F350 Super Duty 7.3 is currently at close to 1.5m miles on the original forged bottom end with 230cc injectors, and I only run Howes and Diesel Kleen.

Two-Stroke TCW3 outboard oil works better, and it's designed to be burned. I used it for years to lubricate the fuel system in my Duramax after the dramatic reduction of sulphur in diesel fuel.

I started using it from about 1,800 miles. There's definitely less clatter from the engine especially cold. Not sure if that makes sense. I did get maybe 1mpg and a tiny bit more power, maybe 5%. Probably because diesel sucks where I am.
I do the 1oz dose on a tank refill, and I usually refill at 30% or so. When I refill at about 50% I do the half Oz. So on average I'd say I do more than 1oz per tank

I used it in my tuned and deleted zr2 and never had a problem. Idk what if anything it does for power or mpg but it’s definitely adding lube. Get a little on your finger and you can tell lol. I don’t think it does much for cold pour point as they make a separate product for anti gel. But knock on wood I have not had issues with that

After reading this thread I was encouraged to pick up some additives. Hot shots diesel extreme and Every Day Treatment. My JT just turned 13k, so far I’m almost halfway through the tank I added the extreme to. Maybe placebo but the engine is running smoother. Will use again and moving forward.

They had to replace one of my injectors because they broke one while fixing a oil leak at my oil cooler back in December. They got the injectorin a week, took 6 weeks to get in the new oil cooler.
