JTRD is getting delivered in about two weeks. Deciding to go with the Mopar lift to keep the warranty (would rather go with something else but warranty will be important).

Got a quote for $6500+ tax to get the Jeep fitted upon delivery with the Mopar Lift, Method wheels, and 37” BFGs (KO2s, not KM3s like I would prefer).

This seems absurd. I asked for a cost breakdown of the quote and was informed it’s “a package.”

Where have you guys gotten your work done? How much did it cost? Any issues with warranty work and having the Mopar lift installed by someone other than the stealership? I getting the Mopar lift for the sole reason of retaining the warranty (especially after reading all the diesel threads on here).
Sorry to revive an old thread, but I didn't want to start a new one when my answer could given here. Were you able to order the methods through the dealer? I'm debating doing the same with gupton, a Mopar lift with method wheels and 38" ridge grapplers from Mopar. But I wasn't sure if I could get the methods from the dealer or what.

I was able to BUT I worked with the dealer’s off-road shop (still part of the dealership but they were an AEV authorized installer - which is what I went with). Another dealer told me that I couldn’t order Methods through them.

I can’t speak for what Gupton offers.

Not intending to sway your choice, just share my experience. I’ve paid much less for the purchase and install of my 3.5” Clayton Premium lift, five Black Rhino Riots beadlocks, and five 37” Mickey Thompson Baja Boss’s at a local off road shop.

My dealership is actually mod friendly and I have never run into any warranty issues with my previous highly modded 2019 JLUR.

I should have clarified … I did not go to the dealer that quoted me for the Mopar lift.

Clayton was another top choice for the price but the dealership doing the AEV wouldn’t do Clayton - so that eliminated that choice.
