If I've seen such a reflection, I don't recall it, or it must not have been annoying enough or I'm just too short.

We know it's not a vampire - they have no reflections. It's not a ghost - you can't take photos of them (that I'm aware of).
If you see a red dot in the windshield - Duck!

Well the cover piece came in. There was no collar to cover it just the piece that blacks out the wheel. I’m honestly happy about the new look. Plus the reflection is mostly gone!
It came in “carbon fiber” I painted it matte black with matte clear.
