If you go this route please post your impressions along the way. Eddy has nice videos but his reviews are 99%pros and at best 1% cons. I get more of a "i'm recommending this" vibe rather than "Here are the pros and cons" intention. It sounds like a pretty great system, I'm looking forward to hearing someone's less influenced impressions. Finally got to see this in person and talk to the Accuair rep for a good 30min. First off, I've watched the YT videos and I'm impressed by the performance. I don't know why I'm not more skeptical of airbags and the potential of getting a deflated bag while out on an overland trip, but I'm not. It looks super robust and after seeing the system in action I really like the auto-leveling for my application. A few things that seemed slightly different in person vs "Eddy's" video is that the JT will sit at a 4" lift in setting 2 (ride height)... I thought Eddy mentioned a revised 4.5"in ride height? Also, the rep said as long as the truck is running it will auto-level vs driving 25mph to "reset" ride height. From looking underneath the Accurair truck, it retained both stock drive shafts vs the front aftermarket version in Eddy's video. This makes me happier to know that's one less expense with the kit. It also prompted me to ask an online question at Accuair's website (because I forgot to ask in person) what are the shock specifications for the JT? They responded with "the JT shock is a 2" shock body with a 27" extended length and a 17.5" compressed." I feel like these are good numbers for travel and within the front droop safety limits for an OEM driveshaft.
Overall I am really starting to reevaluate my current lift vs the Accuair setup.
