Accent colors gone wrong

Horrible accent colors? Kingpin Autosports is holding on Line 1...

I kind of like this combo. Not on a Jeep, but it works on this car and the blue isn't overwhelming since it's only on the wheels.

Definitely a Hokies fan. I have several really good friends who went to Tech. They bleed maroon and orange. And the color combo makes its way onto everything ... vehicles, boats, fishing rods, the family dog...

Ok, my flame proof suit is on!
So I have a Billet Silver JT. It was not 1st , 2nd, or5th choice but it was the only one not red/black/ or white that the dealership had in stock with a stick when I bought it. What accent color would be okay and slightly obnoxious? I bought white hinge covers to paint silver or an accent color if I so choose. Red is played out. I like blue but it seems either obnoxious or too subtle at the same time. I think the billet silver is almost too serious of a color for me but whatever! My 99 TJ was poop brown so that got black accents until it rotted and will be grey and red if it ever gets finished...........

I have the Billet Silver on my JL.
I think its a good color, but yea its on the safe or serious side.

IMO black/dark greys or gunmetal looks best on it (again, kind of a safe/serious choice), but blue can work and look pretty good.
Sadly red does look pretty good too.
As you note it is seriously played out, and if you dont have a Rubicon comes across as a wannabe thing to me.
