Let me preface this by saying I don't have any issues currently. My JT is simply a DD.
I am on a 2" Mopar lift, which I swear is more than 2" of lift, and was on 35s. I recently swapped the 35s for 37s and still do not experience any issues with the stock steering stabilizer. I am contemplating picking a Fox SS as a preventative measure.
Thoughts?

- Wait, I think I just answered my own question, get it, LOL

Going to get one the adjustable ones? ( I haven’t looked to see what Fox has )

I think JK Gear & Gadgets did a vid on SS … for reference

Sold! Been contemplating a Falcon stabilizer (running a Fox currently) and this just pushed me over the edge. Ordering one now. Thanks @Volt0), a week before Xmas and I'm buying Jeep parts! :)

No, wasn't planning on an adjustable since my driving is just commuting back and forth to work and didn't think an adjustable would be necessary for me. Just looking for an upgrade as a preventative measure. I installed a RockJock driveshaft carrier bearing drop spacer last weekend to lessen the DS angle. May be psychological, but I think it rids smoother.

I have the Mopar 2" lift on 37s and added both the Steer Smarts Yedi Adjustable Track Bar and the Fox 2.0 ATS Stabilizer. No steering issues at all and rides great.

Curious what are you hoping to prevent with a different steering stabilizer?

I've had the falcon and now running the fox ats. The fox ats is far better as it allows for fine tuning vs 3 setting. The falcon is easy to use but medium is almost perfect and high is just too much. If you were just going to be on the road primarily I would just go with the non adjuable versions.

Yawn........Not at you the poster, but the video.

I get those Falcon stabilizers in the shop with low miles.....The joints have play in them already and I also agree with above about the damping not being enough on med and too stiff on firm. Then add in that Teraflex wont sell you parts should you damage a bracket or want to replace that joint.

I vote Fox TS/ATS all the way. Fox will sell us parts and the ATS has a ton of fine settings.

Has anyone noticed how many big baller YouTube influencers are pimping Teraflex.........Seems suspect?

I don’t have a dog in this fight; I would think that info like this would be helpful for those that are looking to make an informed purchase. If/when I ever do need to replace one, I like to already have an idea of what to look for.

As for buying parts/tools before you actually need them, to each their own. I understand preparing, and I understand solving problems; it’s all too easy ( and expensive) to collect gadgets. As an example, in my home garage I’ve elected to only purchase tools that would pay for themselves, or be reasonably foreseeable, and I’m still amazed at how few tools that I have ( compared to a seasoned mechanic).

Teraflex is just throwing a bunch of money into advertising that includes free products to influences. I am not a fan of premium products that's a 1 size setting fits all. Kinda defeats the purpose of adjustability lol. Some of teraflex products are nice but not all.

People don't seem to want my feedback? So I find myself participating less in the discussions, but every once in a while I cave.

I'm to busy actually doing the work and living the lifestyle to post about it here most of the time.......

It kind of seems like that could be the case

I've been trying to promote my own brand but I can't get any big baller influencers to give us a shot for the exposure.......

Too much money in the big brand names. I thought about doing my own youtube channel but like you I don't have time. My actual job and family I am lucky to get any time to poop. Most time installing parts I am in a rush and no time to stop and take video lol.

I hear ya!

Keep in mind....big business started small most times!

If I had kids, I would never have had time to get the business off the ground with mouths to feed and risk them being homeless! It was hard enough putting my wife at risk, but at least she was a participating adult agreeing to do this with me. That's what makes it so rewarding!

If you want that YouTube channel bad enough....make it happen!

I guess this thread is derailed.....Sorry OP!
