Advice for wallowed out frame side control arm holes

As the title says, what is everyone doing to fix this? I got down and notice some that one of my control arm bolts was not tight. Gladiator has 40K miles on it. I pulled the bolt to check and saw that the hole was pretty badly wallowed out. Well, that's not good.

So, I pulled all of the lower arms and sure enough 3/4 brackets are wallowed out. I am continually amazed at how cheap stellantis went on the JL/JTs. The metal on these brackets are so soft and thin it's incredible.

What has everyone done to remedy? Tack weld on some grade spacers? Cut of the brackets and replace with something else? Thanks for the help.

grade 8 washers and welder. Granted i've never had this issue on my Mojave and I jump it. Probably has something to do with having the JT deisel frame if i had to guess.

Use a repair weld washer, google that term. Common in off road world.

Are they actually egged out? I know at least since the JK's and extending to the JL/JT, the control arm mount holes and bushings are sized in SAE inch standard but they put in metric size bolts that are slightly undersized. Synergy and a few others sell Grade 8 inch hardware kits to address that.

definitely wallowed out. Oblong holes.
