Toe will not cause a pull. Setting toe prevents uneven/edge wear and sets the steering wheel straight. If someones steering wheel is not perfectly straight and they're holding it straight you are literally turning the vehicle it is not a pull. The only thing that can be causing real pulls on stock jeeps is bad tires, worn components and bent stuff. The truck needs to be driven on a flat road and confirm if the steering wheel is straight or not. The front end needs to be checked for any worn components that need to be replaced and THEN toe needs to be set and steering wheel centered before they return the vehicle to you after an alignment. So wherever you take the vehicle to get aligned make sure they actually inspect it before just driving it up on the rack.Im by no means an alignment or tire expert. But i can say i had a similar issue and was beyond pleased after setting the tow my self.
Im sincerely not trying to be a jerk here, is there more that im missing? What about correcting the tow won’t help with a pull to one side or the other?
