how does the new front coils ride compared to stock? is it necessary to replace the lower control arms for proper alignment?

I like them a lot. I ended up passing on the full kit and buying the coils on their own and using the Mopar 2" kit LCAs and front sway end links and a Yeti Steersmarts HD Pro front track bar. Coils ride great with an Arcus front bumper & Warn VR 10S. I did gain ~2.25 inches in front height as I also paired them with 2-3" Fox 2.0s. Clayton states ~2 inches on a gasser and 1.5 inches on a diesel. YMMV.

Our coils are designed to provide a more controlled/firm feel over the factory coils. In our opinion, front uppers are the most crucial for basic street and highway driving as they allow you to properly and easily set your pinion angle, resulting in a better steering and handling feel. Front lowers are also important, but more so if you plan to take the vehicle off-road at all. This kit is fully upgradeable to either the Ride Right or full Overland Plus suspension system, and we'll have some more info out on this setup soon!

@Clayton Off Road wondering if you have any development plans for 1.5” rear triple-rate coils that could be paired with the 1.5” fronts? Thanks

Not at the moment but we may in the future if demand is great enough!

Same they are firmer for sure but the ride is much better. I didn't like the stock soft ride at all. Also think about something for the rear. With my max toe sport the leveling fronts brought the nose up a good amount. On the rubicons it will sit a bit nose high on the sports its a carolina lean. I think Kaeo and I both have the Icon triple rate 1.5's in the rear. Its a great setup for everyday driving. Just high enough that it isn't impossible to get in and out of with out steps and 35s. Any higher for me and it would be a pain with my kids and wife. If clayton had a little stiffer spring for the rear I think it would be perfect. The icons aren't bad at all though.
