Have a 2020 Gladiator Rubicon and a few weeks ago all dash warning lights started flashing while driving. Power steering stopped functioning, when I stopped and shut off engine the wipers started and when attempted to start, engine would not start.
It's been in the dealership now for two weeks and all they can tell me is they are waiting for Chrysler for directions.
Any ideas or experience from anyone. Getting nowhere with dealer.

E mails and phone calls. Document everything. Be nice. Ask questions,,, who have they contacted? Get JeepCares in the loop.

There have been multiple causes, as I recall. Wiring harness connection, pinched wire, and loose fuses/relays in the PDC area. If the dealer is waiting for direction, my guess is it's one of the former, not the latter, meaning it's a wiring issue that's not easy to track down. If you've worked on automotive wiring for a while, you'll know that you are chasing gremlins that have been fed after midnight and gotten wet.
An example that dates back decades but is a good example of how weird things can be - a 4 amp gauge fuse either loose or bad can cause charging system problems in certain cars from the early 1970s. Yeah, a gauge fuse! Really weird stuff happens with the wrong combination of things and with these literally being network-based, CAN, LIN and other "buses" - a single pinched or shorted wire or loose connection can cause multiple things to freak.
But do keep notes, keep after them, and do get JeepCares here involved - if nothing else by helping to coordinate things.

I've heard related stories and in some cases the batteries were bad.

I would say a ground issue or a short on one of the CAN BUS systems.

Jeep cares finally responded to me. Will fill them in on what I have been told so far. Dealer states they were told to clean grounds and did not work. Still having same issue. Now waiting again for direction from Chrysler.

Mine did something similar, it ended up being a bad main battery. Once I replaced it, everything seems to be working fine now.

When I dropped it off to them they said the same thing. Possible battery or aux battery issue. Would assume that was first thing checked. Was hoping it would be as simple as that.

These new vehicles are very voltage picky. Any low voltage sends them into crazy time.

Got a message from jeep today that they changed me to a star status? Any ideas what that means.

They've opened a Star Case for your repair. It pushes it up the chain for additional technical support in resolving the issue(s).

What Mr_Bill said - it's gone to a technical team.

Odd that some have had low voltage cause similar because technically, what happens is the ECU gets the message from the IBS on LIN that the voltage is down, SoC is down, shut down all non-essential things, basically go to semi-sleep.
Things are to shut down and give a low voltage warning on the cluster. They aren't supposed to "go haywire".
Heck, even my older Jeep would say "voltage low, shutting down in xxxxxx". (and I got home and found one of the two 60 amp fuses was blown)

The STAR team is where many if not most of the TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins) come from, and some of the tech training materials. You'll find "STAR" mentioned on most of them.
It's kind of funny, I had a complaint about my tonneau cover fitting loose, dealer couldn't fix it, went back and forth, contacted JeepCares, they got involved, they kicked it to a tech team, gave me a contact and phone number. I went to the dealer, passed that info along to them and next thing I know, they said "We have a STAR case open" and they told the dealer to order another cover kit. A little later I noticed there was a STAR publication online addressing the loose fit of tonneau covers.

First happened and checked battery first thing. Battery fine. What was crazy is all watching lights started flashing, wipers came on. Power steering failed.
And keep getting messages on app about every system failure non stop.
Can tell when they do try something in shop as I get an all systems good message and then the cycle starts again with the system failure messages
