Not on mine, I always shift into neutral at lights/ traffic etc. No need for the foot to remain on the brake (dazzle those behind you), just touch the brake to shift back into drive and off.It's the AutoPark system. You need to keep the brake applied, your butt firmly in the seat, and the seat belt done up. If not, you have to apply the brake, put it in park, wait a few seconds, and then shift back to drive.
I switch from drive to neutral all the time while waiting in line at the drive thru and the gas station. The foot has to stay on the brake pedal or the AutoPark kicks in.
