I have bubbles on the hood near the grill on my 2021 Gladiator.

It hasn't went in for warranty work yet.

This may sound like a dumb idea but figure I'd ask... I have a small area of bubbling down by the edge of my hood, right under my Rubicon decal... Instead of waiting to get it repainted from the dealer, could i simply change the decal on my hood and do something that wraps around the edge of my hood to mitigate any further damage? Curious to hear...
I just popped in here to update I have the same on both sides of my hood. 2-3 spots along the edge. At this point I'm just waiting for more surprises to appear and taking it in right before warranty expires to have it all fixed. At the rate of which it is appearing I'm afraid to spend the time to fix it only to have more appear months later.

Separately crawling under mine doing an oil change yesterday I found two holes that must be used as mounting points for the cab during assembly and paint. These are located above the frame rail behind the front tires. The ring around these holes must get no prep and are heavily rusted and corroded. I will be tackling this with Ospho/primer/paint ASAP. This is going to be a huge failure point on these things down the road. I'm sure there are 2 similar holes in the rear of the cab, but I haven't looked for them yet.

I am curious if anyone has taken their truck in to get this fixed recently. I reported this same problem to the dealer last August before the warranty expired. I was told at that time it may be 2-3 months because the claim has to be approved etc etc. Called two months ago for an update and was told they got the approval and I am "coming up on their list" and should get a call for an appointment in two weeks. Still waiting. It has been 8 months since I took it in.

Update,
The tailgate on my truck was refinished back in December under warranty through my dealer's body shop. Claim approval was fast and they did a great job. Color match of the Gator paint color isn't perfect but you really can't tell except under certain angles and light conditions. They had to replace the emblems on the tailgate also.

Since the tailgate was removable, it wasn't much of an inconvenience for me, and they could get me into their booked schedule quicker.
My 36 month warranty has just ended, so I really cringe now every time that I wash my truck as I'm look for bubbling paint.

The bubbling paint sucks big time yes, but to put things in perspective, my brand new 1979 Jeep Cherokee S was rusting through the paint before the 12 MONTH warranty was over.

My paint not matching will drive me nuts if that's turns out to be the case. Bubbling paint this early is unacceptable cause you know it's gonna pop up again

UPDATE: I am STILL waiting for the call to get this fixed. This is unacceptable customer service. If I could take this somewhere else I would, but it is warranty work. Is this happening to anyone else?
