Antenna cable for Topsy GMRS NMO mount

So the Browning WSPBR1015 Enclosed NMO 3/4 Hole Mount cable Topsy recommends has been in "Preparing to Ship" limbo with amazon for over a week now. The cable that came with my MXT275 kit (MXTA34?) does not like the 3/4" opening in the mount. Any one have a recommendation on a non-amazon source the the Browning cable or another one that would work?
