I am running 35"x12.5" on the stock 17"x7.5" wheels, with the Mopar 2.5" lift kit. The tires sit almost completely inside the stock fender flares. There is only very minor rubbing of the tire on the sway bar when at full steering lock and fully compressed suspension. Otherwise, no tire or wheel rubbing at all. The 35" spare will fit under the bed just fine.

Mine are 11.5x17 on 8.5" 0/4.75" so not exactly what your after but I'm satisfied with my choice after this past winter
Edit: also have those Mopar 2" coils/LCA's n that on the front
