I must be missing it because I'm struggling to see what doesn't look right about this.
Aside from the "controls" icon being different, this looks like the screen on my '20 JTR.

i think he’s referring to the background of the eagle like thing showing its talons.

That's the same background I use. It's a setting. You have a bunch of different background options and colors.
Edit: you can change it. Settings > display > set theme

They put that in a lot of the unconnected jeeps now. My wife’s 19 grand cherokee has that theme as well as my gladiator. It’s for the track hawk jeep. I personally wish they left that and the race track themes off and did more wrangler / gladiator themes but that’s just me
