Anyone wrap their A-pillar in black?

It bugs me to see parts of body color showing in between the black of the window seals and tint. And bright white really stands out!

I already have some black gloss vinyl wrap, from wrapping the door posts in between the front and back windows on other vehicles.

I just need to break out the manual to see how to tilt the windshield forward just enough to get in there. I don’t want to see the pillar from the outside, or the back of the windshield frame from the inside. Should blend in all black with the seals.

Take the wipers off and you can lay the windshield down on the hood to get it out of the way.
When you take off the grab handles and trim pieces on the A pillar you're going to find wiring and wire stays in your way.

Every now & then this bothers me and I say that I'm going to 'fix' it. Then I get distracted.

My thought was to use some type of black trim or weatherstripping and either tuck it under the A-pillar trim or use 3m trim tape to attach it.

I don't even pay attention to this. What I DO see is the uneven seating of the gasket (?) that goes around the windshield on the outside? Drives me crazy.

I apparently paid 495 bux to have that problem taken care of at the factory. They got carried away and sprayed the whole truck black.

Easiest solution I have used to black out that area as well as the white hardtop interior is to use flat black plasti-dip... super easy, cheap, and noncommittal.. Also has a nice mat finish that doesn't reflect light much and has a soft feel to it. I used four cans to complete all of it. Only thing still visible on my interior that isn't black is the cage, cuz I'm too lazy to mask everything off to do that..
