How is armorlite in Arizona? It seems the floor would be absolutely nuts in the summer there when 110+? Anyone got it?

Socal ain't as hot as Phoenix but I haven't noticed any real heat from the floor due to armorlite. Then again I wear shoes or boots never anything else

Many have stated it makes a huge difference, but I can tell you what won’t work for sure. I tried adding a couple layers of the Hotheads insulation… it didn’t make much of a difference... If any at all. So save the $100-$200 the kit will save you and maybe just get the Armorlite.

I live in Deep South Texas where the heat can be brutal in the summer (9 out of 12 months). With the carpet I’d feel the trans heat a lot sooner. Still feel it with armorlite but it takes a lot longer before I’m noticing it. I prefer the armorlite for more than just this reason alone.

I also keep my top and AC on during this time.
