Mine started not long after I bought my 2020 Gladiator Overland North Edition used with about 9k miles on it (July 2021). Driving along, life is good, enjoying the Gladiator and then a chime goes off and a warning light for the autostop goes on. After stopping and turning the Jeep off, the light disappeared and was not an issue again for a couple weeks. Then the same thing happened. I solved the problem by turning the truck off and then turning it back on and the light was gone. It did not come back again for a few more weeks. Then it happened a third time. At that I took it to the dealership and they determined that it was maybe the secondary and primary batteries being bad (they said a common issue with Gladiators). Problem fixed.... NOT so much. The issue continued to plague me for the next couple months. Fast forward to first week of December 2021. Same issue pops up only this time followed by another warning light (an orange engine). My normal fix, turning it off and then back on) did not work this time. I took it to the dealership again... this time they kept it for 3 days. At the end of the 3 days, they said it was a software update, they cleared the code, and said I was good to go. YAY!
NOT! Next day, driving home from work... guess what. Yep, the autostop light back on. Tried the old fix and it worked for that day. I thought I might be ok for a couple weeks. Nope, it came back the next day. I don't know what else to do now. Anyone else having the same or similar issue? Is there any help?
