Just google lasfit and gladiator. Is that too dificult?
I found it yesterday in about 10 seconds of typing.

Well I found it as a kit with the switches but not on its own.

Not for CBs, pretty sure this is for aGMRS/HAM radios.

The nice thing about them, they are universal handmic mounts, the little "button" on the back is the same on all the mobiles.
