Sorry. I had mine go black and went back through the Tazer Programming to turn it back on.

Can't really comment anything meaningful, but I have talked to, at least, 10+ JL owners that indicate this a known issue. Luckily, not mine.......yet!

my camera stopped working as well on 2020 gladiator. didnt install anything new. just stopped working. Any at home fixes ? Or do I just need to take to dealer?

Mine says “camera system unavailable” when i go into reverse. I haven't installed anything. Im going to have to take it in.

how do you reset it ?

If I recall, you have to unhook the battery for x amount of minutes, or unplug the radio its self.. I'd have to do some searching to be honest.
