Yesterday I replaced both primary and Auxiliary batteries and now I have zero audio, even the Uconnect doesn't have audio

Any suggestions to get my audio working?

If the screen is otherwise functional you can go to settings and try a soft reset.
If not then try turning the power on, but not running, push and hold the volume and tuning buttons simultaneously for 20 seconds to force a reset.

Most say it takes several sleep and drive cycles for these things to correct themselves after power loss like this.
Could be that it just needs a day or two.

UConnect kind of shits itself when it's disconnected from power. Give it a couple days.

Yup, lost the HVAC for a day when I disconnected my batteries.

I lost that and the passenger heated seat which freaked me out because I'd just mounted a compressor under it and thought I'd broken a connection.

Replaced both of my batteries last week. I lost front and rear cameras for a couple of hours but everything else worked as soon as I restarted the Jeep. ESS had not worked (thankfully) for about 2 years, but it came back with the new batteries. I was surprised that I did not even lose my radio presets. As others have stated, wait a few hours and your UConnect may function again after it talks to the Mothership. I'd be surprised if it takes more than a day. But it probably wouldn't hurt to try the reset already mentioned.

Just curious, did you access the auxiliary battery through the fenderwell or from above? There's a much greater chance of messing something up if you access it from above. I have 35s and a Mopar lift and had plenty of room without even removing the tire/wheel. I pulled the whole fender in about 5 minutes...did not even need to remove the liner from the fender.

I removed the front right tire, it wasn't bad.., I don't like where it at.

I'll give it a restart as previously stated.

A buddy told me my batteries went dead at the same because I disengage the start/stop feature too much and the Auxiliary bat can't recharge. What do y'all think about that

Aux battery charges regardless.

I hate when coincidental crap like that happens. Very frustrating. But the electronics on these things is my biggest worry.

That would be an indication that your buddy is not a good reference to go to for the Jeep. Hey but he took a stab at it!

Short trips or not driving it often are the biggest problem for these. There is a constant drain on the batteries from the alarm, computers, and head unit. If it's not being driven regularly, a battery maintainer is recommended. Whether or not you allow the ESS to activate has no effect on charging.

I put a battery maintainer on my truck in November, my auxiliary battery was always charging. I drive the truck every day but the battery would take 50 miles to be ready. The battery maintainer appears to have been a temporary fix. Now I need to decide if I replace the factory battery set up or go the dual battery route.

Definitely will go with the dual battery set up when my warranty is over!
